Filing Successful Pension Aid and Attendance Claims – 60 Minutes

Presented by Senior Veterans Service Alliance

This presentation includes considerable detail on the new look back rule and penalties, the new asset test, the new medical deduction rules and the various other changes that went into effect October 18, 2018.

Over the years, we have seen thousands of claims for Pension – primarily Pension with aid and attendance.  We have learned a tremendous amount pertaining to the most successful ways to win Pension claims.  We have also learned a tremendous amount about pitfalls with Pension claims and how to avoid those pitfalls.

We will cover various issues with applications for Pension claims.  On the other hand, teaching attendees how to do these claims in a mere 60 minutes is an impossible task.

All attendees at the conference will receive a 576 page handbook –How to Apply for Department of Veterans Affairs Benefits for Veterans and Their Survivors – that contains close to one hundred pages of detailed instructions on filing Pension and Death Pension claims along with numerous forms and surveys, checklists and other supportive information on a disc that comes with the book.  This book and the claim support disc that comes with it, are given to every attendee at the conference.  The support disc is also available online.  The How to Apply Book, as we call it, becomes a valuable reference manual for just about any question you might have pertaining to Pension claims.
